It was in the Sixties…….
……….. many
well-known signatures, such as Gio Ponti, Gianni Songia, Carlo De
Carli, Cesare Casati, Emanuele Ponzio, Achilli-Brigidini-Canella, Joe
Colombo, Claudio Salocchi ….….and many more, were already active for
us at the start-line of Italian industrial design, which would spread
soon throughout the world.
We were
awarded several prizes, among which the “Mercurio d’Oro” in 1971, what
recognized our company as a brand of great international renown. Our
presence in a number of museums, such as MOMA in New York, Victoria
and Albert Museum in London, Musée des Arts Décoratifs de Paris,
Museum of Modern Art in Kyoto, further enhanced the prestige of
various designs, which belong nowadays to the so-called “modernariato”
(Sixties and Seventies modern antiques). |
